願上帝賜我平靜，讓我接受我無法改變的事情
願上帝賜我勇氣，改變我能改變的事情
願上帝賜我智慧，明辨這兩者個差異
原文是～
God, give us grace to accept with serenity the things that cannot be changed,
courage to change the things which should be changed,
and the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other.
而QBQ的祈禱文則改成～
願上帝賜我平靜，接受我無法改變的人，
願上帝賜我勇氣，改變我能改變的人；
願上帝賜我智慧，了解那人就是我。

讀過這本書都快10年了，自己的改變好像還不是很好，人生好像就是這樣一個學習的旅程，只是我好像總是學得太慢又太差了，繼續努力吧。
